Return Policy

The Jolie Vaughan return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If this is due to a damaged item you must contact us the following business day from receipt of the package, you will be required to email pictures of the merchandise and packaging to info@jolievaughan.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. As well must be received in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Gift cards
• Bralettes
• Shapewear
• Beauty, Skincare, and personal care items
• Any sale or clearance items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only refunds are generally granted: (not limited to)
• Signs of Use (examples: deodorant, the obvious smell of perfume,
shoes that have any wear)
• Apparel that has been opened
• All tags must be attached
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jolievaughan.com.

Sale and Clearance items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jolievaughan.com.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. SECTION 4 - WIX Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through WIX data storage, databases, and the general WIX application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WIX stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only if it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
